Camping Trips
Chrysalis’ all school camping trips are one of our most important events for building community. As one of our teacher-powered initiatives of making parents and families part of the learning experience, the whole family is invited. It is a beautiful opportunity to build a sense of togetherness outside of the classroom. For three days we function as one big family; we share meals from the Chrysalis Camp Kitchen, go on hikes, bike, kayak, sing around the campfire, and learn from each other. Not to mention it’s a great excuse to go someplace new with your family! The fall and spring camping trips are a very special way to start and end the fun-filled school year.
